We discussed various metrics that are being collected, what worked, what didn't, and why. We also discussed how metrics only tell a portion of the story so it is important to envision and understand the purpose. To do this, it may be necessary to include other data points tell the full story or to support the impact (such as how team health can be used to show impact of organizational impediments).
